As a born and raised Oregonian and University of Oregon Alumni, I have the knowledge and experience to show you what our beautiful community has to offer. My focus at the University of Oregon was on business and I received a degree in Economics. The knowledge gained while studying economics gives me the ability to educate my clients on the most current market conditions and help them make sound investments in real estate. Buying and selling real estate is one of the largest financial decisions people make and my goal as a full time real estate broker is to help my clients every step of the way during that process.

While attending the University of Oregon I was an All-American Track and Field athlete. I pursed a professional career in Track and Field which included becoming an Olympian, competing in the 2012 Olympic Games. I hung up my spikes as a professional in 2013 and shifted my focus to family and a professional career in real estate.

Through hard work and determination I have been able to accomplish and exceed many goals. I use that same approach to help my clients accomplish and achieve their real estate goals.

Britni has extensive experience with mixed-use, corporate, and academic interiors. She has completed numerous interior space planning, concept designs, and remodels for public and private clients. She has excellent communication, visualization, project management, and creative skills. In all her interiors, she looks for ways to enhance inclusivity and engagement. Her incredible eye for detail, fascination with materials, and ability to understand the needs of clients enable her to make design choices that resonate with the human experience. She integrates details into a cohesive and memorable whole.

An avid mentor and volunteer, Britni is very active in the design and local community. She is currently a member of BRING Recycling’s Board of Directors, the Multi-Unit Property Tax Exemption (MUPTE) review committee, and the Planned Parenthood board in Eugene. She also serves on the Architecture Foundation of Oregon’s Board of Directors and is a member of the K-5 Education Committee. For the past 12 years, she has participated in and promoted the Architects in Schools program. She regularly teaches classes on interiors for the University of Oregon’s College of Design and hosts a UO practicum student at the firm. Her pro bono work includes securing, with the help of other parents and the community, an EWEB Greenpower grant to add solar panels to an elementary school and create an interactive, real-time educational display. 

Raised in Eugene, OR, Britni received a B.A. in Spanish and a B.S. in International Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at the University of Washington. After completing her M.Arch degree at the University of Oregon, she worked for the University’s Center for Housing Innovations Case Study Lab in the Architecture Department and various Eugene firms before joining Rowell Brokaw in 2013. In addition to her design and business background, Britni was the captain of the volleyball team and an Academic All-American athlete at the University of Washington.

Passionate about interior aesthetics and the art of visual storytelling, Hollan works closely with lead stagers and real estate professionals to transform properties into inviting, market-ready homes that resonate with potential buyers.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, Hollan assists in sourcing furnishings, setting up room layouts, and ensuring every space reflects a cohesive and appealing design. They approach each project with creativity, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence.

Whether it's highlighting a home's architectural features or creating a welcoming atmosphere that sparks imagination, Hollan brings enthusiasm and professionalism to every stage of the process.

Staging Assistant 

Ali is a detail-oriented Staging Assistant with a strong foundation in interior presentation and property enhancement. With a professional demeanor and a results-driven mindset, Ali supports staging teams in preparing homes for market, ensuring each space is optimized for visual appeal and buyer engagement.

They bring a solid understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and logistical coordination, contributing to efficient project execution from installation to final walkthrough. Known for their reliability, adaptability, and focus on quality, Ali consistently helps deliver polished, market-ready interiors aligned with client goals and brand standards.
